A Daily Practice Cheat Sheet and Template (snapshot)

This is a very long post about a daily practice I kept up for about 2 weeks. If you can sustain it, sure, you can have an incredibly productive time of it. I would suggest taking a couple of days off each week to recharge – as I quickly burned out, and have since simplified my daily practice to about 10 things. My productivity is probably 80% of what it was following this schedule, but I found sustainability is the key to consistency, not determination.
